I don't know if this counts, but I left a minidoggerel response to one of ozarque's posts after writing my post. Once the doggerel gets started it's hard to stop :-)

There are verse forms I find worse than doggerel for sticking in my mind. Hiawatha, for instance, and haiku. Iambic pentameter. And reading "Under Milk Wood" is particularly dangerous, I sound like a Dylan Thomas character for days afterwards.

Yes,I found myself replying to various posts in doggerel, some that were themselves, and somet hat weren't... it's addictive... ;)
