It took me years to find people who have a clue what I'm talking about, and even longer to find the DVDs. By any chance, do you have the book?
Alas, I do not have the book and in fact have not read it. There is a 10th_kingdom and also a 10k_icons, if you're interested, though. You might make an inquiry for the book there. Several people have discussed it before.
