Progress on the Spiral Vest
I had a lot of time to knit yesterday in Cambridge. The needle-top at this point is curling down quite a lot, but there is definitely a spiral pattern emerging there. On Teddy's advice, I won't be putting the band between every row of spirals; I'll put it in occasionally and then once as close to the shoulders as I can get it.
I know ... *sigh* Trust me, if I were in England I would totally try and arrange for knitting lessons with you. The situation being what it is, though, kinda makes that a little tricky. Lovely thought ... you and I onna couch, knitting and chatting.
This is so beautiful! Looking forward to seeing the rest of it as it emerges from your needles! And *hugs* for the whole work debacle. Exhaustion is no fun.
