Ha-Rika! Ha-Rika!
Now with a new colour scheme! I'm 12 rounds in to the first iteration of the 19-round pattern that repeats down the cuff and through the instep to the stripey toe. I do think the blue has a much more striking look to it. This photo was taken with J's mobile rather than mine. I won't give you all the boring details about why I loved the camera on the Sony K800i mobile phone more than I love the one on the iPhone, but suffice it to say it would be nice to take a photograph of something close up that wasn't out of focus once in awhile. Anyway, I digress. Enjoy the sock porn. ;)

Also, not having been knitted on a train (and in some cases moving from a platform to a train), the ribbing is now much more flexible and doesn't tighten up like a *censored* when you tug it a little. This leads me to believe the sock might actually one day fit [livejournal.com profile] bardling, although it certainly won't fit me! :D

And now that I have reached my goal of getting farther along on this sock than I was when I ripped it out this afternoon, I can finally go to bed! Good night, LJ.
