When your day is so dire that the fire in your blood turns to mud and your muse is deserting
You can play with a verse that is worse than your best as a jest to diffuse all the hurting.
For a rhyme that you'd spurn or a turn of a phrase that is lazy and lame and uneasy
Is no crime when you're stressed and hard-pressed and you long for a song that is shamelessly cheesy.
