I fear a hotel would be rather expensive to hire for a weekend, alas. SCA people are used to cheap fees; some folks complain about £26 for an entire weekend, including all meals from Friday night through Sunday morning. I don't know if the hotel would let us cook the food either, or if we'd be stuck with their version of a medieval feast. ;)
