The major difference is that many UK/European brands are calcium-based whereas the American brands are mostly sodium-based. I buy imported baking powder because I'm on a low-sodium diet. If Harper has baking powder that's the same as she got in the USA, then she's the exception, either when she was here or now that she's there.
