I'm definitely a product knitter, although especially when I was learning to knit I would make sure each new project taught me something new (I love that crochet hook beading method - Rowan's Butterfly vest was my first lace project and I wish I had known about it then! I spent hours stringing beads onto KSH).

I generally have two projects on the go at the most and tend to ignore one until the other is finished. I have one hibernating UFO though...
