I have mentioned a) you and b) the knitting classes at IKL, to a friend at the archery club, who was admiring me knitting the Dalek last night. I showed her a couple of tricks (thumb cast on, Magic Loop), and said she should try and get to IKL for a beginner's class.

She was very interested in learning knitting in the round on two circulars, too - I might have to take a couple of needles and some yarn up tomorrow (barbecue/fun shoot night) and demonstrate!
